The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received like damage or lost .please Contact US at email@example.com within 10 days upon receiving them to initiate the refund process. You don't need to return the products to us ,just keep it if we send the damage or wrong products to you.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery are not refundable.

Because of Health & Safety reasons, We cannot accept returns on Belly Rings, Cartilage Earrings or any Body Jewelry including any earrings.
